Our Vacuum Mobile 2406 insulation removal vacuum system has all the power of the Mounted model, paired with an ergonomic, removable handle make this machine ideal for any insulation removal job. The removable handle makes this machine more compact for storage or temporary mounting, reducing its footprint on jobs where you will be spending days removing old insulation.

The cart chassis is constructed with heavy duty steel, with two 16” pneumatic wheels with grease nipples to make moving this vacuum around the job site as simple as possible.

Impeller Fan

All Star Machine Vacuums are handcrafted to perfection, from the frame to the impeller fan. We use 1/4” steel back plate for the construction of both the 20” impeller fan and the housing that contains it. The impeller is balanced electronically before it is mounted within its housing to make operation as smooth as possible.
